For those of you who box, i'm curious if any of you have sustained serious injuries while doing so.

I started organized boxing in 87 and pro in the 90's. I still do a few low key ham and egg pick ups on occasion but have never suffered anyting serious in the fight. I have had some training injuries more serious than anything during a fight. Not to say I haven't had serious injuries but they were not related or a result of being in the ring.

I broke both of my legs as a child and my pinky finger on my right hand had been ****ed for over 10 years as a result of some kid karate kicking me!

Never playing sports...just me and friend eons ago was jumped by 7 guys, and there was only two of us, you can imagen how it turned out. I got a free ride to the ER

I don't think Ive ever heard of a young boy's - 12 not play fighting at least once...
