How you guys doin? My name's Kyle. I've been checkin out this forum alot and its given me alot of info.

Now...Im looking for a lil advice on exercise routines, what weight class i should try for, and anything else you guys wanna give me. I am 19 years old, 5'11" 184 lbs. I look like I am in MUCH better shape then i actually am, my shoulders are very bulky!! I am a natural athelete, played baseball since i was 5. Since I was a right handed pitcher, my right arm is rediculously stronger then my left, I feel like my over hand punch is much harder then most rookies my height and weight. I can do about 40-50 push ups at a time, 50 sit ups and run about a mile in 8 mins without falling off the treadmill. I recently started going to the local PAL but the man in charge told me that I will not get much time with the trainer because the program is mostly based on the ages 8-18. Is there a way I can train myself and be prepared for spars? I would like to fight gold gloves one day and have alot of ambition and drive.

I've been working out 5 days a week now for about 1 month and suprisingly almost back to my old body shape (after not working out for about a year while attending automotive school). I only have time to train for about an hour and a half a day...how long do you guys think it will be before Im ready to spar, even if i dont get much time with a trainer??? I really appreciate any advice!

also, I've seen alot of guy close to my weight, probably alittle leighter, but could definately kick my a$$!!! BAD!!! Do you think they would have me spar someone like that? Would i stand a chance?
