I have been a more recent boxer. I am currently down to 225-230 lbs which is great from the 275 I was a few years ago. I do want to be even smaller, but I have hit the plateau that I usually do again. I gained about five pounds of muscle within the past month which goes with and against my goals of gaining muscle and losing weight.

Are there any other people out there who are "overweight" that have lost their flab.

My problem isn't that I eat unhealthy or that I don't exercise like many heavy people do today. I work out 4 times a week. I run, lift weights, box, spar, jump name it, I probably do it.
My problem is my body type and genetics (my parents are not really "small" people either.

Just would take any suggestions if any of you would like to leave me some.
