i'm a college football player, and have also been boxing for the past three years at a small gym by my house, i was wondering if my football workouts would interfere with my further progression as a boxer. my workouts now consist of weight trainging 6 days a week, 2 muscle groups a day, and cardio 3 days a week. i was just wondering if i should od more/less weight trainging/cardio. any advice would be appreciated.

I'd say what you have now is pretty sufficient perhaps more focus on cardio? But that's just my opinion.
