i strat my workout at the boxing gym at 6:30. i usaully eat supper around 5 , wat should i eat for this meal that will give me lots of energy at the gym. also wat should i eat post workout, this meal is around 8:30-9:00. about 30 min before bed.

eat something with carbs like 45 minutes before ur workout. and eat something with protein after ur workout, or drink a protein shake
