I would highly not recommend it. I bought one about a year ago and after about 2 weeks of hitting hit. I had all the bolts broke and even with it filled all the way up with water. It still moved everytime I hit it. And i'm only 5'10 175. I can punch good but I would definently recommend a real heavybag instead.

The standing bags like that are noisy, non reliable, move alot, they have inaccurate movement and they are a waiste of money and I'm just trying to save you 170 bucks. Invest it in a good heavybag and you'd be better off tieing a rope to the heavybag and hanging it from a tree outside or something. As long as its leather or synthetic leather, it'll last a good year or so even with rain snow or anything else. Just take it in after using it everytiem if you want it to lost longer. But I would recommend spending 170 on that if you could spend around the same on a great heavybag.
