Got a bit further now!

Hey guys basicaly i posted few weeks ago starting out questions. But im a bit further iv got a heavy bag tko 75lb just under 4 ft. Couple questions 1 what height should i hang it i read so the bottom of the bag is level with youre waist is that right? 2 anyone got any tips for hanging it outside? I was going to put it on a wall brack attached to the outside of my house (red brick) this should be ok right? It a proper boxing bag bracket. Unfortunatly its not all that long so it wont come out far from the wall. Finally anything else i need to get / do before i start? Iv got bag mitts and everlast inner gloves (replacement of handwraps)!
