Hello

The names Iain.
I am 16, approaching 17 soon, and live in Scotland.

Basically, At home, I have access to a gym and I have my own heavybag & weights in garage.
I am about 5'9 and 8 stone.

I believe I have a very fast metabolism, as I can eat whatever a want however high in calories etc without really getting fat.
My arms are terribly skinny although I have decent strength in the shoulders.

I am really just looking to increase the mass of my whole arms, so therefore I can produce a more powerfull punch, but I am finding it really hard due to the metabolism I have.

Could any of yous possibly shed some light into improving this?

Well i suppose theres loadsa bodybuildin advice that people will tell you and if you do it youll probably notice an improvment. But half of it is ur age. IM 19 going on 20 and i was the same at youre age and nearly all me mates were skinny too. We all went the gym and not alot seemed to change until we hit about 18. Chances are youre matobilism (spelling lol?) will change i know my cousin went really fat when he hit 20 cos it changed on him lol. So basically alot of it will happen naturaly but im sure some people have got some advice for you for now but im no expert lol so wouldnt want to give you **** advice
