i need help with making a list of all the nutrition needs of a boxer, looking for a good grocery list for a boxer???? help

depending on your weight, here is what i do, mixed with some of what i had been told on here.

fiber one cereal
eggs
egg whites
protein whey
protein bars
rice cakes
granola bars
checken breast
gatorade
ham lunchmeat

i way 132, and am 5"8 tall, that looks fairly good and clean, how would u put that into a meal plan? i was told to eat like 5-6 small meals a day

here is what i do and was told absolutely love it-

breakfast-bowl of fiber one cereal
about half an hour later to an hour have a protein bar

lunch-eggs, however you like to prepare them
then train

after training make a ham and cheese sandwich

lunch-i like anything with chicken or turkey and maybe rice, chicken and rice is a good one

then 2 hours or so later have a granola bar and a protein drink


also at any point try mixing yogurt and granola, very healthy and tastes great

make sure to drink a protein shake right after training. thats the time when its most effective

looks like ur in good shape so you dont need to watch ur weight. just eat stuff with protein ( not red meat ), some eggs, and some fruits and vegetables thruout the day
