Im very new to the boxing sport, but Ive been weight training for over a decade and weight has always been a problem of mine. Fluctuations in weight was common for me. I could only get so low before I started losing muscle mass. Which (correct me if im wrong) is your major concern here. The only answer is to cut as much body fat as possible. This means long periods of very low intensity cardio. Hope that'll help! Good luck!!
