I've got a fight coming up in about a month and a half at 180 pounds, give or take a pound or two, anyway now that I'm in full training I'm dropping weight, started 2 weeks ago at 182 and now I'm sitting at 174. I can't go below 170 or the fight is off, or at least for me, and I don't really WANT to be below 175. My question is how do I hang around that 180 mark without overloading on protein and blowing up? What can I do/eat/take to help keep the weight up but not swell?

Not sure if I can really help you out too much but from what I understand, monitoring your weight several times a day is key. That way you know what brings you up and what brings you down then from there you can eat, drink, and workout accordingly. Sorry if that didn’t help.
