Your workouts, how do you keep it intersting? I know we have talked about hitting tires and such but what else do you guys do to mix it up a little when youre tired of the same ol same?
not quiet what I meant. I agree but was looking for sumpin along hte lines of, doing 100 burpees instead of reg pushups, stuff like that I am actually going to try and see how many burpees I can do in 5 min tonight after my workout
tomix it up just do different things on different days... we cant really tell you what to do u have to explore and decide for yourself what works for you.:dunno:
…It helps to incorporate variations on an exercise into the regime. For example, with skipping I do a batch of ordinary skips, then cross–armed, then single steps, then double jumps, etc. Small, but does keep things interesting!
