I know that by dehydrating, not eating etc... for a few hours you can get a couple of kilos off for the weigh-in day! I plan to weigh 71 kg on this day then take up my weight to 73 kg again for the great day:thumbsup:.

I will be weighed in 2 days before the fight...what is the exact procedure to go around this? Thanks in advance boxing mates...

Take the easy way by dehydrating yourself, taking laxatives, and starving yourself like a pretty little model or you could do it the hard way by doing intense cardio and sweating it off. Eat less, especially towards the evening, just don't fast like everyone else does:thumbsup:.

I will do a lot of cardio but...

my trainer told me that by not eating carbs and not drinking before the weigh in I should dry myself up of any excess water (not fat) that should take off a couple more kilos. We all have some water retention for sure....
