Well I'm not out of school yet ( I'm not in high school, I'm in middle school) but I am 5' and 90 lbs.

I'm around about 5'10" and weigh a somewhat flabby 187lbs. I bench a lot... but I can be a hell of a lot stronger for a guy my height and weight... if I had little fat that is! I HAVE OVER 20% BODY FAT AND THAT REALLY DOES SUCK! Anyways... I'm planning on getting down to somewhere between 14% and 3% body fat and set up the prime of my life... whether that'll mean I'll gain a lot more weight and muscle and find myself around CRUISERWEIGHT-HEAVYWEIGHT RANGE... or getting very low on body fat... and weighing around about 20-30 pounds or so less and being somewhere... the lowest I'm willing to go is a Light-Heavyweight (154lbs)... we'll see how I go... WHAT DO THINK? I have a brawling style... I've got to get my CONDITIONING IN ORDER?

Age to knowledge of boxing history ratio is much better then mines.
Then again like I said before I am NOT A HISTORIAN.

Well

Im 5"11, and i weigh 130 1b, im 18, i do work out and i am in shape but my boxing skills are minor if that, i have a bag and gloves and try to study up on boxing a little for help, but i can't say im ready for a match against someone who already has experiance. I also could use a little help with nutrition, what i should be eating, while working out to help gain weight, i would like to be in the 140's, anyone have any suggestions? thank you

i try to stick to as heathy a diet as posible. in the morning i eat poridge with bannana chopped in it, at lunch i have something like some grilled chicken with salid and a little dressing and about 6.30pm ill have a pasta dish or some grilled steak with boiled potaotos. ( i do like the odd pizza though).:D

im 6ft/3inc and weigh 231 just now however im strolling through 6 rounder's just now.
