Ok, I will help you. But this will take A LOT of commitment! First start out the day with an early morning jog (5 miles). Stretch all of your muscles to your ability. Then do 500 situps on an incline board on a 45 degree angle, while taking 10 seconds after every set of 30. Then shadowbox for 4 rounds to warm up. Then hit the heavybag for 6 rounds. After that, jump rope for 6 rounds. Then hit the speed bag for 7 rounds. Do your ringwork for 5 rounds. Then hit the mits for 6 rounds. Finally wind down on the bike for 20 min. (All rounds are based on the standard 3 min.)

As Bill wrote it, it's over three hours to complete the one workout.

If you are still trying to do this, you might want to reconsider your specific goals. You mentioned body fat percentage in another thread here, and I'd be curious to hear what it is that you were doing to "burn fat". 99% of people don't burn fat, they burn muscle with most of their workouts.

Diet plays the biggest role in any fitness program. I'd be curious to know what a typical day of eating looks like, in your case.

I didn't do the whole thing to bill1234's exact program... I just did some of the elements and am in better shape for it! Not the extreme goal that I got beforehand... but I do feel a whole lot better! I also didn't drink or eat any junk food! My weight is around the same... because I combined my usual weight training with it! I combined bill's program with my own weight program! I weight about the same, but have lost body fat and replaced it with muscle! I was something like well over 30% body fat before hand... now it's around about the early 20s... and I am still working! So yeah... thanks for asking!

Hey, Bill. That looks like a good workout to me. If you are in fact doing all that good for you.

Do you think I am super man? I do something similar, but not that. Imagine being a heavyweight champ and doing that every day and more! Of corse the heavyweights now work out there fingers by clicking the remote other than that they don't work out. I go to Larry's about twice a week though.
