Ya, I have a skinny frame due to genetics. My family is skinny. My ankles, hands, wrists, neck, face are all genetically skinny (same with my brothers, father). I gained a crap load of weight by eating like a horse (I actually ate a lot of unhealthy food to gain some pounds), but genetically I don't think I can gain anything in the above areas especially the wrists and ankles...they're still toothpicks.

I wanted to pack on some size and muscle. I ate like a horse and have been weight training. I gained a bit of size but I do have fat, especially my stomach. So i'm now trying to cut some fat and gain a bit of muscle.
