Hi all,

I'm looking at some IMF Tech Bag gloves and I see two sizes online (Regular and Large). I can't find these local so i'm asking for your help. How can I measure and determine the size I will need? Are regulars for kids?

Thanks

When a glove gives you an option of small or large hand pocket, you generally get large if your male with average size hands, if you have very small hands get the small one's(regular).

Skinny due to genetics??? I'm 5'11-165lbs and use regulars whenever I use a glove that gives you that option.

Thanks,

Ya, I have a skinny frame due to genetics. My family is skinny. My ankles, hands, wrists, neck, face are all genetically skinny (same with my brothers, father). I gained a crap load of weight by eating like a horse (I actually ate a lot of unhealthy food to gain some pounds), but genetically I don't think I can gain anything in the above areas especially the wrists and ankles...they're still toothpicks.

I can tell. Your way overweight right now at 195, and borderline obese in boxing terms. Just out curiousity, why'd you want to gain so much weight?

Well, i've been scrawny and skinny all my life. I wanted to pack on some size and muscle. I ate like a horse and have been weight training. I gained a bit of size but I do have fat, especially my stomach. So i'm now trying to cut some fat and gain a bit of muscle.

Good luck:thumbsup: Don't forget to get lots of cardio in along with your weight training, and ofcourse if you get into boxing that will def. tone you up.

Have you ever worn a football recievers glove or a baseball batters glove? If you wear a size XL or larger, get the LARGE size gloves, if you wear a Large or smaller, get the REGULAR size gloves. I'm 6'2" 175 and my hands are an XL in the above listed. The regulars are a bit cramped for me with handwraps and I like the Large. Hope that helps you bud
