Hello everybody, my username is Dedicated, and I have just joined this forum in order to talk boxing. For me boxing is the best sport in the world; there always are various perspectives, so I am sure there will be a lot for us to discuss and talk about. I am looking forward to having lots of discussions with you and hope the board will grow continuously. Am a student in his early twenties who does not box as an amateur or pro, but I train boxing (working on techniques, power, etc.). My favorite boxer is Iron Mike Tyson, he is the best.

Not exactly sure why you are asking this in an "Introduction" thread, but yes, I think the illegal shots were intentional. Maybe he should rematch Baldomir first of all?

Boza Edwards, Saad Muhammad, Salvador Sanchez, Alexis Arguello, Ike Williams, Willie Pep, Joe Louis, Henry Armstrong, Ray Robinson... i'm an old school boxing fan mainly, and i purchase many old boxing tapes.... today i would have to say Manny Pac as my fav.

How did you find the site? i play a free online text based boxing game called Webl Boxing, a guy over there has his own message board dedicated to the game, and a link to this site was on it, i clicked it, looked around, and decided to join.

Hey 15 rounds do you watch any of the ESPN classics on Sundays they have been replayin some good older fights on Sunday nights(Foreman,Norton, Frazier, Duran etc)

Also the OLN shows are gonna be airing old fights starting this Thursday.
Thursday, August 3 with the 15-round NABF heavyweight title fight between Muhammad Ali and Oscar Bonavena (December 7, 1970 at Madison Square Garden.) Others are gonna be on every Thursday.
