Well because he is doin just fine. He is making alot of money as is.
The belts dont really mean much anymore. Some do but most are just an excuse to get money from the figther for sanctioning fees etc.

He would be foolish to go over there and fight Abraham no reason at all & would probably not get a fare shake.
