Judging Boxing Fights

What do the three judges at ringside have to look for during a fight? How do you judge a boxing round? I know the more punches thrown and landing percentages are part of it. (I think) But I want to know the details on judging a boxing fight.! Anyone know?

Clean punching
defense
ring generalship
effective aggressivness
