Just got my first bag!

I just started to get into boxing and I'm really diggin' it. Does anyone know if this will make my upper body more muscular and defined? I'm new to all this crap but I can't wait. I try for 5 sets of 5 minute sessions on my bag every morning. Can someone lay out a good workout for me? Thanks guys!
