First of all obviously this is my first post so hi to all lads and lasses on this board.
just wanted to ask the question as the title sez...how do you keep up the training/motivation etc over the festive period? or do you let it all go (Hatton style) and pick it up again in Jan? or keep it going through out?
very interested as myself (mayweather fan) (who hardly lets himself out of fighting shape) try to keep it up best i can. However struggling this year!
Anyway have a good one and all the best lets keep the sport going in the new year

Hey man good to see you in this bored welcome. I sometimes let myself go but once training comes back around i'm back on it but the thing is i dont eat unhealthy so my stamina and everything else doesn't get killed all the way. If you want just keep doing your road work til the holidays are over.
