Mikkel Kessler (38-0, 29 KOS), the WBC/WBA super middleweight champion, said that if Joe Calzaghe (42-0, 31 KOs), the WBO/IBF super middleweight champion, is not willing to come over to his hometown of Denmark to fight him, he will fly over to England to fight Calzaghe in his backyard - if the money is right.

Kessler feels that Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is the best fighter in the world, and he should be considered the second best, and he wants to prove that he deserves that recognition by flying over to England to meet Calzaghe, or any other fighter - anywhere.

“I would be glad to fight Joe under the right financial conditions,” Kessler said. “I would go to England or he could come to Denmark. I will beat him in either place. I had said that Floyd Mayweather is boxing’s best pound-for-pound and that I am the second best fighter in the sport. I think I demonstrated that to some people here tonight. I will fight anyone who is out there.”
