16 years old bout 6,0" 163lbs, and just started boxing. I found a strength routine in a magazine that was either designed by roah or fortune(i forgot) of wildcard gym. Here it is:

Day 2 | Back and Legs


Deadlift 4 10

One-Arm Dumbbell Row 4 10
________________________________________
Wide-Grip Pulldown 4 10
________________________________________
Squat or Leg Press 4 10
________________________________________
Leg Extension 3 10

-superset with-

Lying Leg Curl 3 10
________________________________________
Calf Raise 3 10
________________________________________



Day 4 | Chest and Arms


Dumbbell Bench Press 4 10
¬¬____________________________________________
Dumbbell Incline Press 4 10
____________________________________________
Dumbbell Incline Flyes 3 10
____________________________________________
Dip 3 to failure

-superset with-

Dumbell Curl 3 10
____________________________________________

Day 1,3,5 boxing training
Day 6 rest/run (optional)
Day 7 rest

I'd like to get some opinions on this, just so i can know if this would be helpful or not.

If any of y'all wouldn't mind sharing some strength routines you use, or ones that you know are good, that would be really appreciated.
