Manny Pacquiao - Speed and Power with unpredictable foot movements.

Floyd Mayweather Jr - Good Accuracy, Good in Evasion. And has Speed and Body coordination to match his Accuracy.

As a HUGE Manny fan. I want him to face a beat down for retiring to move to Politics. He was used by his country for his fame and probably his potluck. He may seem humble to HBO videos but his head is overinflated when he decided to run.

Floyd though has his skills and technique to match his EGO, but the fact of the matter is that He bragged on beating Oscar DeLa Hoya when he won by split decision!

I want him to taste Manny's fist before he can claim the Pound 4 Pound Champion Title. And finally see what's the fuzz all about.

Manny, such a shame with his deadly tools he has to retire...

"Pacquiao officially announced that he is retiring in August 2009, and will be running again in the Philippine general election, 2010..."

Anyway, Let's predict this outcome and some probable knockdowns....

Here are the rules:

1. Base it on past fights. Dont just say "RICKY RULES, HE PAWNS ALL!!" Base it and weight it on previous fights.

2. If you have PICS to embed to go by your statement, the better.

As long as FMJr evades the left his good to pound Manny away. And with his speed and evasion I think Manny will score less than FMJr with misses.

In MAnny VS Oscar fight - Manny seemed to just throw punches away while evading making his hand less accurate but deadly.

In Floyd vs Oscar - Floyd did not TKO Oscar but he did make OScar miss alot!

But as for Knockdowns goes, I dont think Floyd can knock Manny out or even outbalance him. Manny has a crazy chin.

Manny can knock the f`ck out floyd, IF!... he catches him!

manny to win? i think not

its easy to say the guy in the potlight at the minute is manny pacquiao but to say he would beat the guy with the best defence in boxing is wrong.

Pacquiao is awsome but but flloyd is boxing genious, a once in a generation talent. Yes americans cant stand him because of his stategy he brings to the ring but thats what wins fights!

If the two where to meet i would have to say Flloyd Mayweather jnr on points no doubt.

As for guys like hatton saying he did not give his all against Mayweather is a disgrace. Hatton gave his all - you cant knockout what you cant hit!

This would be a very intresting match. Manny is fast and powerful but Floyd is a genious, he has a wonderful defence.

I can't stand waiting for this event :(

At first I thought that MAyweather would win by decision. But the more Mayweather stalled and came up with so many excuses I changed to a Pac in by KO. If Mayweather thinks he cant win then the fights already loss.

Mayweather is so scared of Pacquiao it's not even funny. But I'll give him his due because he really is the only fighter in the world close to Pacquiao's level.

Manny will give Floyd his long-awaited mark on the loss column.

Pacquiao will marmalise Mayweather. The more the time ticks on the more sure of it I am. Mayweather can't beat pacman and he knows it. He's waiting and hoping on hope that Pacquiao gets beat.

Funny how all the Mayweather fans make sound so easy how he will beat Pacqauaio. How you gonna score points when your covering up for 12 rounds. Tuckin your chin in,using forearm shivers and doing shoulder rolls are good for self preservation but wont win you rounds. Every Mayweather fan will give you all the little details on how Floyd will shut down Manny. Its so easy it seems.

i can't give you all the little details on how Floyd can beat manny, but i can tell you for sure that floyd does alot more, strategically speaking, than cover up for 12 rounds. plus he's only got 20+ KO's, i think it's safe to say he's winning rounds. it's just that most people, including myself, think that manny's style of fighting (in general) plays to the hands of floyd's style. one of which being manny is at his best when he establishes a rhythm and floyd among active boxers may very well be the best in taking the opponents' rhythm away

HOWEVER, manny's freak athleticism makes him dangerous and the matchup so intriguing. i do give floyd a "slight" edge but manny taking the fight, well, can't exactly call that an upset either

p4p rankings, i got manny on this. but then again i've been his fan since his "Blow by Blow" days, and was born and raised in the philippines so anyone's entitled to take my word with a grain of salt (i'm just trying to kill time anyways)

Floyd has no power. He will be so confused and tired by trying to stlow Pac down and score pointsto win. Floyd has no power and you need ity to blunt Pac attack. Those pot shots if they land wont do squat Manny will walk right thru them. It aint happening I know ,most fans do and so does Floyd. Too risky. It would ruin him.

For me seems like Floyd is scared to fight Pacquiao, he will make any excuses just avoid the fight happen.

If the fight happens it will be 50/50.
Not 50-50 anymore. Floyd vs lefty Ortiz will be a good study fight for Pacquiao and Roach. The blueprint as Floyd calls it.
