I understand Vasquez is gr8 and all but I dont see how hes soo high on the list considering he hasnt fought since like 9 months ago.

Because the inactivity point is 1 year. He was in back to back fights of the year with a top 10 P4Per, so he deserves a break. Plus, the guys in back of him either recently lost or haven't done anything significant recently.
