Ahh abdomen excersises, there's a few of em, the best are just regular crunches, side crunches, bicycle crunches, 90 degree crunches, 180 degree crunches. I wouldn't use em to lose weight though, 100 crunches probably burns about 15-20 calories, you can lose 20 in practically 2 minutes good paced running. Bicycle crunches aren't bad though, you can work your abdomen and it's good cardio.
