Ahh abdomen excersises, there's a few of em, the best are just regular crunches, side crunches, bicycle crunches, 90 degree crunches, 180 degree crunches. I wouldn't use em to lose weight though, 100 crunches probably burns about 15-20 calories, you can lose 20 in practically 2 minutes good paced running. Bicycle crunches aren't bad though, you can work your abdomen and it's good cardio.

Well you want to make sure you work your upper abs, lower abs and obliques. Can't beat standard sit ups or crunches for upper, the laying jacknife sit up for your lower (lay on your back with your legs and shoulders off of the ground and lift your arms to meet your legs), and side crunches for your obls
