Some people that automatically come to mind are Tommy Hearns and Nigel Benn.

Floyd and Juan Diaz throw crisp snapping shots even though they are not thrown with KO intent. Its alot harder then it seems to have a consistent pop added to the end of every punch.

Holmes had a better jab than Ali though. Holmes's jab was faster, stronger, and it was stiff. he snapped your head back with it.
