i weight 132, about 5'9, lean build. this is my current daily diet.

breakfast: protien shake, 1 packedge of otmeal, 1 banana

snack: 1 cup of activia yogurt

lunch: chicken wrap wit lots of veggies

snack: apple

super/pre-workout: hlaf chicken breast, half cut of rice, half cut of pies

post-workout/before bed: protien shake, 1 banana

wat do u think?????

whats up with all the protein shakes and the chicken. how many grams of protein do you take in each shake? because you probably already get enough protein from the chicken. i only take protein once a day after i train and thats only because i dont eat a lot of meat

23 grams a shake, the only reason i take it in the morning to is becuase i do my running before breakfast.
