Im thinking of changing my routine, which is why I put it up. It isnt really working. I am unbeten, bu I rarely KO people. I want my punches to be harder. I can take, but not really give very well.

Include some hill work, and also do a 7 minute mile with 400 meters rest intervals. Straightaways if track accesable (sprint 3/4 speed straight part of the track, and walk/jog curved) Two mile like that with 1 mile warm-up and 800 cool-down.
To brake a boredom, do 8 x 800m (3:30 800meters) with 400 jog intervals.
8 x 400 (90sec) with 200m jog intervals etc... Good Luck!
