Hey everybody I'm 16 years old and just started boxing today. I wanted to know any tips at all that you can think of for me ( drills , nutrition , training, etc. ) anything the adavanced maybe older boxers , would recomend for me just starting.
You're only a month older than but but i'm more wise in boxing cause i've been doing it for about a year. I'll tell you basic nutrition things. No candy, alchohal, drugs. Training, train hard and get yourself a trainer to help you out and show you what you're doing wrong to point things out. Push yourself and you'll be great. Not really that easy to help you out cause you're new theres no specific thing you're having trouble with. Anything you need to know when you train more and need help in just ask.
