Hey im new to the forums and im needing some info does anyone know any drills or exercises I can do to improve my left to right leaning movements when slipping punches? Im a big guy 6'1 312lbs I have dropped 50lbs figured id get quicker doing that but no luck. Seems like when sparring im always getting caught after I slip a punch to the left or right by leaning and im not quick enough when im coming back up to my boxing stance.. I work the reflex bag 4-3 min rds everyday plus the heavybag the same and I do sit ups, work my lower back and stuff figured it would help but so far no luck.. I know losing more weight should help im trying to get to 270lbs and turn pro right now I mostly fight toughmans when they have them in my area and have gotten runner up in a few of them but any advice would be great..
