hello i am 17 years old 5'6 and 150 lbs i have some fat on my belly and a little on my arms and legs less then a quarter inch on my legs and a pinch on my arms i was wondering if i should use protein suppliments to build muscle im not getting the results i want my workout is

i run about 10 minutes in gym class every day
30x4 crunches and i work my trunk by holding a 25lb weight and rotating 180* side to side
10x3 curls and reverse 20 lbs
10x3 side lateral raises 12 lbs
10x3 wrist curls
10x3 i kinda work my pecs by pushing my 70lb heavy bag back and forth

i do this all pretty fast not much of a rest between is there any thing i should add or take away i do this 3 times a week but i run every day

you'll drop body fat and increase strength with just the normal boxing workout and calesthenics.

i just wanted to know if protein suppliments would help or because of my fat if would be ineffective im also interested in boxing iv been shadow boxing and sparing for almost a month along with my work out
