So i've decided to start boxing, i'm 18 years old 5'11 and 156lbs. I haven't really done much for the past few months as far as working out or running, so i'm pretty out of shape, but yesterday and today i've started running and doing a light workout, mostly abs. I really want to start boxing, but the college i'm at is basically in the middle of nowhere so i can't go to a gym, we have a heavy bag and a speed bag, but i'm afraid that if i try to do boxing workouts on my own i'll have bad form, and wont have a good foundation to build on. Basically i'd appreciate and advice you guys can give, thanks!
