Well, I just signed up for the forums and would like to say hello. The reason I'm posting is because I was wondering if I could get some advice. I know this has been asked a billion and one times but what type of training/dieting should I start with to get in to boxing? I already go to the gym 4-6 days a week. My current workout is like this:

Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Legs and Abs
Day 3: Back and Biceps

repeat with rest in between.

Also, the diet side, I eat fairly well since I go to the gym a lot.

I've always wanted to get into boxing but none of my friends are really into it. Maybe I can convince one of them to join a boxing gym with me. Also, on a side note, if anyone is from Minnesota, could you recommend one?
