I have absolutly no way of getting to a gym, 1 i dont have a car, and 2 i dont know of any gym that is close enough to drive to anyways, So how could i set up a "gym" at my house that would be effective and inexpensive. Also what would be some good exercises for weight-loss and muscle toning?

basically push ups sit ups , eatin right , and running your a$$ of for endurance
