I'm brand new to boxing i started two weeks ago im 5'11 165 ive played tennis my whole life got burnt out through highschool and started power lifting for the past few years. for these past two weeks i work out 6 days a week the 7th being a complete rest day. i run for 30 mins every morning, and at night ill go hit the heavy bag for about an hour, then lift for about 30 mins. I got some good help with my home stance, and technique so that is what i focus on.

hmmm i did not post my actual question.. My question is im competeing in a fight night in a few months. should i pack on 5-10 pounds of muscle then cut down to 155-160
