Boxing has two mayor problem way too much money
And no form of organization.

Rules for the top 100 ranked fighters
1-champion must fight every 3 months to keep his belt
2-champion must fight only opponents ranked 5th or better.
3-if a champion fights to a draw he looses his belt and a mando rematch for the belt must be his next fight or it goes to the other guy.
4-ranked #100 thru #70 can call any one out in that bracket
5-ranked #75 thru #50 can call any one out in that bracket
6-ranked #55 thru #25 can call any one out in that bracket
7-ranked #20 thru #10 can call any one out in that bracket
8-ranked #15 thru #1 can call any one out in that bracket
8-ranked #5 thru #champ can call any one out in that bracket
9-if a ranked fighter gets called out by a lower ranked fighter in his bracket he must take the fight, unless he has a scheduled up coming fight with a higher ranked fighter then him self, or has already been called out by a another fighter in his bracket.
10-a ranked fighter can only call out another higher ranked fighter in his Bracket.
Now let’s see how long a champ can hold his belt
I bet it won't be too long.
10-when 2 ranked fighter meet they will swap rankings at the end of the fight if the higher ranked fighter looses the fight.

I know its crazy and it needs allot of details but this is a rough draft of what I would like the see boxing become.
I would also like to have 5 judges per fight with instant replay on some calls.

Please don't compare those other girl sports to boxing.

Baseball= I have a blister I can't pitch for 6 months but I still get paid
Basketball= I tripped over my own feet so call a foul on him and BTW I have a jammed finger call an ambulance.

Boxing is a tough guy sport well at least it use to be.
Now all the "top" boxers don't want to get scratched. Oh just like the other Delicate sports.
All sports are comparable when talking about evolution.

That is a dreamworld for me. I would love to see something like that, but unfortunately it will NEVER happen.

Willie Pep. If he didn't want you to hit him, and he focused 100% on not getting hit, you weren't gonna hit him.

Pep is someone i havent heard mentioned much on this topic. Is he very underrated? Il try catch some videos of his fights see what i think. SRR is a guy who gets mentioned alot, would he be up there with you too?

How do think guys coming to the end now such as Hop, Winky, DLH, Mosley will rank in comparison to the very best?

Pep is very underrated. You won't find much of him in his prime though, most of it is post plane crash.

yeah bill, you seem to love these guys that are all out aggressive, and pacquiao, pavlik, miranda, paul williams, mosley, berto, hatton ( many more ) fit into that category. To be honest bill, i own alot of classic fights and have watched all of them that i own but i really cant get into them as much as today's fights. They are in the past and have no business in todays world of boxing. I'll admit, watching the classics like ali, and leonard were the guys whos career sets i first bought ( along with tyson and jones ) and they really got me into watching boxing, but anymore, i dont care to rewatch any of their fights because it wont affect todays business. I dont know where i am going with this. To me the newer fights excite me alot more than older fights.

I agree 100%. The old fights don't do nearly as much for me. Knowing the outcome sucks, and there is zero hype.

I reckon if someone like Larry Holmes were to come back today, They would unify all the belts and easily go a whole career without a loss..... THATS HOW POOR THE LEVEL OF COMPETITION HAS BECOME!!!!!!!
Out of all the choices you pick Holmes? The division is piss poor I will agree.

thats kind of an insult to holmes. because he did go undefeated until his 49th fight in a pretty decent division at the time. But theres of long list of guys who could wipe out the division right now that used to fight. i'd encourgae chad dawson to make the big jump and do it.
