I don't know the criteria far the hall of fame.
But it should not be belts it should be dominance.
And pacman has not dominated his division.

He had come off of wins against Hamed, Morales, Tapia, and Kelley before fighting pacman, and went on after that fight to win against Ayala ,Morales, Peden, and Rocky Juarez so I dont wanna hear anything about out of his prime. Barrera was arguably in the best shape of his life.

Barrera and Morales were tops in the division when manny fought them, so nothing can be diminished from those victories. Oh and for the record, Manny will wipe up Morales again

pacman has been the #1 champ at flyweight, super bantumweight and super featherweight.

marco had been fighting from the age of 15 so his prime would be about 26 or 27 just when he beat hamed.

as i said if marco had been in that kind of forum against pac he would have won nearly every round.
