What's up, guys? I recently started boxing (like a month ago) and I've been using running shoes at practice. However, I want to use my old wrestling shoes, but they seem a bit tight.

So, I wanted to know, how tight should boxing shoes be? These shoes are pretty tight. I still have circulation with them and all, and can move around well with them, but when I take them off, my feet are throbbing a bit.

Boxing shoes should be as tight as your running shoes would normally be. You want to be comfortable. If they are that tight on your feet that they are sore/throbbing, it would be wise to invest in a new pair.
