whats good everyone, I registered awhile ago, but havent had time to visit the site that much. I want to kno whats a good diet for a 152lb? I just started training in January and Im still 160. I want to get down to 152 and start training more seriously. This is amuatuer [sp] btw. Im a city mail carrier so im always walking, but cant seem to lose weight because I eat to keep me movin'. Any suggestions? :confused:

there is no specific diet for specific weights, i suggest you keep the same diet but limit the amount of junk foods you intake. try to est till you find your fill ONLY and dont over-stuff yourself.
