A glimps of hope for Vitalirules

Paulie “Magic Man” Malignaggi’s first IBF Junior Welterweight Championship defense is set. He will face number one contender Herman “Black Panther” Ngoudjo.

The fight will take place at the Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on January 5, 2008. Showtime will televise.

Andrew “Fighting Pole” Golota’s will be fighting at least once more in 2007, and maybe even twice. He has been rumored to be fighting in Poland and in Chicago, and Kali Meehan is the opponent of choice in one of the fights.

Rumors have swirled that he may even face former champion Vitali Klitschko in January on the undercard of the Roy Jones Jr. vs. Felix “Tito” Trinidad mega-event in New York City.

At least they mentioned Vitalis name. But I doubt the fight will happen.

a very nice move by king stacking the card up with good fights!
Heck Digga he's gotta do somethin with the card to sell it after all the main event has one guy losing 3 of his last 5 fights 2 by brutal KO's and the other losin 2 of his last 4 and coming back after a 2 yr lay off. When will boxing fans wake up and smell the roses and realize how this guy Jones Jr has conned them of millions of$$$$$$$$$
It'll be Jones - Tarver III & Leonard - Camacho over again. Put on a show and pick up a big paycheck laugh all the way to the bank

I dont think those 2 fighter are that far from each other. Because Leonard was a decade past his prime.

i wouldnt say a decade, leonard was 40 , jones was 35 or 36. i'd say its pretty damn close, leonard's style allowed him to fight longer than jones in the long run, leonaard began to run and dance alot in the second half of his career, Jones however was always the stalker until tarver caught him and was able to back him up, but this was because mentally jones was no where near his prime. jones prime ended when he was 33 and 34 when he fought woods and ruiz back to back. After that, it was downhill big time.

Roy should have done a lot of things. Number one should have been to take the fundamentals of boxing seriously rather than just relying on his amazing athleticism. Imagine how great he would still be if he had a solid foundation. He would be the all time GOAT.

Thats right its all about the money. RJJ will come in and KO Tito around 5. That'll set up another big fight for RJJ possibly against Woods or Dawson or Hopkins( thats a long shot but possible).

Because Trinidad is garbage now. Jones has been active. I said nothing about him being/not being a con man. You just say that in every one of your posts about Roy Jones. Do you like any slick boxers post 1985?

Like I've said many times before both mayweather and jones are supremely talented boxers Its the way they choose to utilise those talents I dont like. Jones hadnt fought anyone with the remotest chance of beating him in almost 4 years his skills diminished he toyed with ruiz etc. the when he met Tarver he really got beat but was given the verdict the Tarver and Johnson both knocked his ass out cold since then he's living on his name conning the public.
Mayweather will not fight period he runs and hides watching grass grow is more exciting.
Both are guilty of ducking fighters they dont want to meet jones priced himself out of a rematch with a very much improved hopkins mayweather sidesteppd tony margarito talent alone does not make a real champion he's gotta have GUTS Just imagine a fighter with jones early boxing skills and evander holyfields heart

Are you going to answer my question or just continue dissing Floyd and Roy? Do you really think Margarito would have a chance against Floyd? Are you that blind?
