hey guyz Quick question. I normally run at night because u usually stay up late and its hot in texas so you either gotta run early or late to avoid the insane heat lol. But im going to start running early. Im new to running when i first get up normally ive been up all day and have eaten several times etc. Should I eat before i run, i normally dont cramp up with food in my stomach and I can run longer. What do you suggest doing to warm up b4 i run and what would be the best pre run meal? Oh and how far should i run with out overtraining/straining my body and should I run everyday and the same distance. Or should i alternate distance 1day and srintz the next Im also planning on rope climbs push ups jumprope situps and sledgehammer for my everyday excercise after a few hourz rest from my runz. Does this sound like a good plan. Im trying to get a boxing oriented workout. Normally i do alot of pushupz(diamondz)some bench, curlz, and i jog at night. Currently im 141 lbs 6ft with a 6'4" fingertip to fingertip wingspan. Last time i was at the recs clinic i was 4.5% bodyfat prolly closer to 6.5 now though. If you guyz could let me know if my workout plan sounds good or any changes that need to be made that would be awesome. And how many calories a day should be consuming now im probably close to 3k give or take i eat every few hourz but i dont gain any significant weight.
Thanks for your help.

Drink one glass of milk before you run in the morning,( while running you can carry some gatorade or water) then after you are done running you'll probabley have to go to the bathroom so do that then take a shower and eat, wait about 30 minutes to an hour and then start training again.

and you will need to eat alot of protein along with carbohydrates to restore and heal your muscles. Protein for your muscles and carbs for everything else. A normal breakfast will do well, ham and eggs with toast and a glass of milk, is a good balanced meal for the morning.its mostly protein but the toast will give you the carbs. Pancakes would be good carbs as well.

cool guyz i appreciate all the help, i usually go to the pool everyday with my little cousins i dont do laps but i swim a bit and throw my 4 cousins around in the water for bout an hour prolly not ideal training but ive definately noticed it gets easier to throw them every week. I eat an unreal amount of hamburgerz daily lol prolly not the best form of protein but i really like them and i eat 6-8 of them for snacks when ever i get hungry in between mealz lol

shadow boxing in the pool is good resistance training, throwing kids around will be good on your shoulders , just dont pull anything so be careful, yes eat in the middle of running and training but allow enough time for the food to settle.
