Hello everyone,I'm new and looking for help !
I'm 14, 5 foot 8 and about 56 kg! I'm fast and have good power and I have weights but I'm not sure if lifting will slow down my hand speed but I've heard that lifting weights actually increases hand speed, could someone give me insight on each one ?Thank you !

If done correctly it can, sure. If you want to build fast twitch muscle fiber, you need to be doing explosive movements. This means you are using lower weight and exploding through your movements. (push ups, bench, weighted handles, etc)

You could also pick up one of those thick elastic shadow boxing things with the handles and work with that as well. Just remember to keep proper form and explode your punches.
