everyone must agree that tyson was a beast back in his prime days. i recently re-watched an old training clip of his where he was hitting the heavy bag and there was a comment that was made that he could throw a 4 punch combo with power in 1 second. each one in the 4 hit combo has knockout power, just by my own observation. so... the questions is, is it just a matter of hitting the bag, getting technique and form down, and weight training to increase in speed and power?
