The bigger the speed bag, the easier it is to use. An XL size speed bag is a good place to start. The bigger they are, the slower they move as well. So that will make it easier for you to get used to them. However, most experienced speed bag users prefer a medium sized speed bag.ikova said:At the YMCA, they have the speedbag platform and top part of Everlast swivel.
