hey guys i have a question. I'm a weightlifter and high intensity gives me good results in muscular growth. So should i do the same for boxing like when I work on the heavy bag? Just nothing long, just give it my all for short periods? I sort of think that's wrong since i am looking for cardio as well. My workouts consist of 30 minutes of weightlifting, than 30 minutes of boxing/cardio training. Is that good enough for the boxing/cardio part or should it be longer? I train 4-5 times a week. Should i increase the time I work on my boxing techniques and such or what?
Any opinions or information is appreciated, as you probably know I am new to boxing and yes this forum as well.
