Hi, I'm new to the boxing forums, I'm 14 years old, and I fluctuate around about 150-154 lbs, I'm 5'7". I just want to know if there are any effective ways to lose the weight so I can be about 140-142 lbs. I am fairly muscular and I am pretty athletic but there is still a lot of fat that I want to lose for the sake of being fit, and so I can drop the weight for those PAL boxing.

The safest and easiest way to lose weight is to change your diet. Limit Fats, Salts, Sugars.

Get a lot of lean foods like Beef, Chicken Breast, Fish.

get a lot of veggies and fruits too.

My trainer always says "whats the first 3 letters in diet" which is die. Enjoy what you like to eat once in a while don't eat bad foods all the time i'm not encouraging you to but just workout more
