At TBA (HBO): Vernon Forrest vs. Carlos Baldomir, 12 rounds, WBC junior middleweight eliminator

This will be shown on BAD, The first fight of the evening will be a replay of Hopkins/Wright.

Also this is for the WBC eliminator. Does this mean the winner is next in line to fight Mayweather seeing how he has the belt.

I got Forrest in this fight and wouldnt mind seeing floyd fight forrest. I mean you talk about floyd fighting delahoya conquer, why not fight the guy who beat the guy who beat oscar haha ( mosley if you didnt know that forrest beat him twice )

I dont think Mayweather will take on the winner of this fight. I see it being a De La Hoya rematch or possibly a fight with Hatton/Cotto.

your probabley right because neither guy is a huge name anymore, but i see mosley/mayweather or delahoya/mayweather II happening before anything like cotto/mayweather or hatton/mayweather happen.
