I want to start training to do some amature boxing. Always wanted to do it and I think it's a good time to start.
I'm an avid weightlifter who does light cardio a couple days a week and lifts 5 days a week. My goals in my weight training have always been size, strength, and definition.
I understand that boxing is much different.
What I'm trying to ask is:
Can I still lift to the degree I am now and train successfully for an amature career?
