im only in my mid 20s so i first started watching boxing in the early 90s. but the fight that hooked me was benn v eubank#1 this was a titanic battle and chris looked out before catching been in the 8th and stopping him. since then ive been a massive fan and ive collected boxing vids and dvds since. i have all the great fighters and most of the not so greats and like nothing better than sitting down and watching a fight from the old days with a beer.

I don't remember what fight it was, I think someone got really bloody and beat up. Fight Night 2004 really helped.

I am a little older than Tommy but started close to the same time late 80's early 90's. Not sure what fight got me into it either.

I remember watchin alot of Tuesday night fights as a kid.

First bout

The first fight that I remember watching was Ali vs Quarry on ABC.Quarry was a bloddy mess.......I grew up hearing everyone hating Ali, they still called him clay, but evey time I saw him or heard him he was wining. I also remember listening to the Ali -Wpener fight on the radio late one summer night.While I was in high school I began to watch the Duran,Leonard,Hearns,Arguello eras oh and how could i forget the rise of the "Macho man " Camacho. So I go back to the late 60's with my best years the 70's and 80's.

My dad was a fight fan. I'm in my early 30's and I remember meeting Ali on a family trip (I was 7 and still knew who he was). The fight that I remember the most was Taylor-Chavez vs. Richard steele.

Ali was only 2 years retired then. His voice was slurred a little bit, and he was getting fat.
